ICA3PP 2024, in collaboration with City University of Macau, is pleased to announce the Travel Grant Program for students, junior scientists and scientists attending ICA3PP-2024 to be held in Macao, China, from October 29 to October 31, 2024. The ICA3PP 2024 Travel Grants Program is sponsored by the City University of Macau and MACETS-Macao Association of Convention, Exhibition & Tourism Sectors.

Application Procedure

Due to limited availability of funds for the ICA3PP Travel Grant Program, applicants must submit the application and accompanying documents via email to ica3pp2024@iccmacao.com, no later than Aug 10, 2024, midnight (MGT+8, Macao Time).

A decision will be sent Aug 15, 2024, midnight, AoE.

The documents to be sent per email must include:

· whether any other sources of support are available to the applicant

· a case for support that includes reasons why ICA3PP should make the grant to the applicant and

· a letter of support (for students only) from the applicant’s advisor/head of department.

The travel grant recipients will receive three nights of complimentary rooms at a local four-star hotel, as well as a room to share with another student. If the number of travel grant applications exceeds the available money, students and other candidates with accepted technical papers will be given priority, followed by students and other applicants who are actively participating in the conference in some capacity.
