Registration information

Full registration payment is required by 5 September 2024 (AoE) for EACH accepted paper. This deadline will be strictly enforced. Failure to pay the registration fee by 5 September 2024 (AoE) will result in the exclusion of the papers from the Conference Proceedings.

All types of registration include: full attendance of the conference, welcome reception, conference banquet, coffee break and lunches.

Student Registration

Please note that if you are the only author registered for an accepted paper, you should choose Full Registration (instead of Student Registration) even though you are a student.

↳If you have student status, and your paper has been paid under Full Registration by a co-author, you may choose the Student Registration rate. If you don't have a paper, and want to participate in the conference, you may also choose the Student Registration rate.

Note:

• Please select the corresponding registration type in the registration system. Furthermore, please complete the payment to guarantee your registration.
• A receipt for your registration fee can be downloaded at your personal registration page.
• The deadline for early registration is Sept 5th, 2024 (AoE).

Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by Sept 5th, 2024 (AoE) by e-mail to ica3pp2024@iccmacao.com. There will be an administrative fee of HKD 400 deducted from each refund. Refund will be processed within 2-3 weeks after the conference.

The security of your personal data is ensured by the secretariat of the ICA3PP 2024 and we shall take all physical, technical, and organizational measures needed to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data.

Note:

• Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
• All costs must be covered by the ordering customer and “free of charge for the receiver account” on all payments.
