Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by [time] (AoE) by e-mail to ica3pp2024@iccmacao.com. There will be an administrative fee of HKD [ ] deducted from each refund. Refund will be processed within 2-3 weeks after the conference.
